Evidence-based intervention to address persistent feeding problems

Up to 50% of typically developing children and up to 80% of those who have developmental disabilities have feeding problems. These problems may be characterized by the consumption of a limited range of foods, prolonged mealtime duration and problematic behaviour at meal times.

The Feeding Clinic at Kalyana Support Systems is designed to support parents of children who experience feeding issues. We provide evidence-based behavioural strategies to support diet expansion and the reduction of problem behaviour related to meal times.
