INTAKE PROCESS

  1. Contact us through this form, email melanie@kalyanasupportsystems.com or call at 519-449-2983

  2. We will reach out to book a time to speak on the phone or in person to gather some preliminary information and answer your initial questions.

  3. An intake interview will be booked to provide more detailed information about our services and determine if we are a good fit for your child and family.  This meeting will take 60-90 minutes.

  4. Two or three 1-hour assessment visits will be booked to allow us to get to know your child and begin to develop initial program goals.

  5. The regular session schedule agreed upon by the family and clinical team will begin.
