
The Gregory School for Exceptional Learning

through individualized instructional excellence.
The Gregory School's programs are designed for students who have speech and language, learning, organizational, reasoning or attention difficulties and who may be functioning below age expectations. Each student receives individualized programming to meet his or her specific needs. Core academic sessions are taught with low student-teacher ratios. The students experience a larger group setting for music, art, physical education, and science. Therapeutic goals under the consultation of speech-language therapists, occupational therapists and behaviour therapists is also part of the students' educational programs.
ACADEMIC INSTRUCTIONCore academic subjects are taught using Direct Instruction techniques and curriculum.

BUILDING INDEPENDENCEBeing able to demonstrate skills in generalized and independent settings is the goal of every one of our educational objectives. Students learn self-help and independent learning skills that will help them to succeed in and out of school.
